The online portals for jobs and matrimonial are buzzing with activity. According to an ‘Internet Economy Watch’ data released a couple of days ago, online recruitment portals have seen a massive upswing witnessing an increase year on year basis.
Apart from the Naukris and Monsters, the behemoths of the Indian Online Recruitment Industry, a bunch of new portals are coming up that are trying to change the hiring scenario. There some niche recruitment portals like IIMJobs which are coming up. Also, start-ups like Angel-Jobs, RecruiterBox, InterviewStreet and LookBeyondResumes are veering away from the tradition.
